I’ll walk over how to turn off the feature in this post. On Windows 11, the Start menu may display notifications to users, informing them of pertinent information and possible actions they should take regarding their Microsoft account. The notifications are a feature of the Start menu’s account manager, which provides you with a brief summary of the advantages of your account and notifies you of any information that is missing or any steps you need to do to keep your account secure.
Notifications about using other Microsoft products will also appear in the account manager menu while using a local account. To try to persuade you to convert to a Microsoft account, you might see up to four separate messages inside the menu: Sign in to your Microsoft account, Use Microsoft 365 for free, Keep your account safer, and Access your data from anywhere.
You may turn off these and other alerts from the Settings app if you don’t want to see them in the Start menu because they seem more like ads or another opportunity for Microsoft to collect more data about you.

Follow these procedures to turn off account notifications in Windows 11’s Start:
OpenSettings on Windows 11.
On Personalization, click.
Select the Start tab.
Disable the toggle for “Show account-related notifications.”
The Start menu shouldn’t display badge notifications for relevant information about your Microsoft account once you’ve finished the instructions.
Enable Start menu account manager notifications
Follow these instructions to activate account notifications in the Start menu:
Open the settings.
On Personalization, click.
Select the Start tab.
Activate the toggle option for “Show account-related notifications.”
